Robert A. Stewart ("Bob") served onboard the USS Mississippi in 1924 and 1925. He was engaged to Clara Belle Wood (1906-1997) of Spokane, Washington, during his service, but she broke off the relationship around May 1925. Wood later married Ed Allgaier, also of Spokane.
